Reiki I (First Degree) Weekend Workshops

Reiki I is all about learning to heal oneself first and foremost, applying Reiki in everyday life and also giving Reiki to family and friends. This course is normally held over two full days (10am to 6pm).
​On your first weekend working with Reiki you will learn about:
  • What Reiki is and what it can be used for
  • The History of Reiki
  • The Reiki Principles and how to apply them within your own life
  • Dealing with the Ups & Downs in Life & how Reiki can help you
  • The Energy Systems of the Body: The Aura, the Chakras & the Meridians
  • Spiritual Significance of the Body & Illnesses
  • The Importance of Forgiveness & Compassion
  • Journaling & Your Journey with Reiki
  • Breathing Exercises for Building Ki Energy
  • Dry Bathing Technique
  • Healing Meditations
  • How to give Reiki to yourself (self-healing)
  • How to give full healing treatments to others
During the workshop, you will practice self-healing & healing on others in the group.

Dates for 2025

In 2025, I will be running Reiki Workshops on demand, so if you are interested in learning Reiki, please contact me and I can arrange a workshops that suits the dates for interested students. There are also only two students per course now so there is even more personalised tuition and Q&A time.
Cost for Two-Day Intensive Workshop: £300 (or more by donation)
This includes:
  • 2 full days (14 hours) of tuition - max of 2 students per course
  • Course manual and handouts
  • Certification & Lineage
  • Continuous ongoing support 
A 50% deposit is required on booking and full payment must be made two weeks before the start of the workshop.

Please note: With all Reiki training workshops, if you have studied with another Master or form of Reiki you would be asked to start your training at Reiki I again. This is to ensure you have the same level of training as everyone who has studied with me receives and so that you are given the best opportunity to develop and become empowered in your life understanding all of the foundations of the practice.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before they are due to start, so you can settle in.
