Due to the popularity of our First Meditating with Gemstones and Crystals meditation group (mini-woskhops), I have written another session looking at more crystals and added some new meditations using them.

This meditation group will include:
  • Introduction to Meditation
  • Breathing Meditation
  • Cleansing Gemstones Meditation
  • Affirmations with Gemstones Meditation (Blue Lace Agate, Tigers Eye, Carnelian, Citrine & Aventurine) 
  • Healing with Clear Quartz
For this meditation group you will need the following crystals:
  • 2 x Clear Quartz
  • 1 x Blue Lace Agate
  • 1 x Tigers Eye
  • 1 x Carnelian
  • 1 x Citrine
  • 1 x Aventurine
